Energy Efficiency Specialist : 201092

We are seeking an Energy Efficiency Specialist to perform residential energy assessments, educate customers, and promote energy-saving solutions. This field-based role requires strong technical knowledge, customer interaction, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.Candidates should be located within a reasonable commute of Sebring or Lake Wales, FL. Bilingual (Spanish) candidates are preferred.Pay: $20.00- $30.00 per hour DOEKey Responsibilities:Conduct in-home energy assessments and analyze equipment performance (HVAC, insulation, ductwork, appliances)Educate customers on energy usage and recommend efficiency improvementsPromote energy efficiency programs and achieve participation goalsTroubleshoot technical issues and inspect energy management systemsCoordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve customer concernsFollow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolutionRepresent the company at community events, trade shows, and presentationsSupport training initiatives and cross-functional team knowledgeAssist with storm restoration efforts and special projects as neededMinimum Requirements (Must-Have):High school diploma or GED3+ years of related experience (energy, HVAC, utilities, or technical customer service)Valid driver’s licenseAbility to work in field environments (attics, crawl spaces, outdoor conditions)Ability to lift 25 lbs and wear a respirator when requiredPreferred Qualifications:Bilingual (Spanish)Bachelor’s degreeEnergy Auditor CertificationExperience in energy efficiency or utility programsStrong customer service and consultative sales skills#EnergyEfficiency#UtilitiesJobs#FieldService#CustomerService#EnergyJobs#Sustainability#HVAC#TechnicalSupport#NowHiring#FloridaJobs#BilingualJobs#LI-AS1
