Fulfillment Specialist

Job Description A-Best Swag specializes in helping businesses promote their brands with on-trend promotional products, exceptional service, and creative design expertise. This role focuses on managing and executing product fulfillment for both bulk corporate orders and online merchandise stores. Orders are processed through our internal software as well as platforms like Shopify, so attention to detail and comfort working with systems and spreadsheets is important.The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.Key responsibilities include:Processing and fulfilling bulk merchandise ordersManaging online store orders from Shopify and other platformsWorking with Excel to track inventory, orders, and shipmentsPreparing packing slips, labels, and shipment documentationCoordinating with our account managers to ensure accurate and timely fulfillmentLooking for computer savvy and comfortable working with Shopify, Excel, and order management softwareWe're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with order management systems and spreadsheets.
