Hi-Lo experience is a plus.\nADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS\nMust be consistently available to work Saturdays and Sundays from 5:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.\nMust be willing to work on the production line when staffing shortages occur.\nMust complete required production, quality, inventory, and downtime reports manually.\nMust demonstrate strong leadership, critical thinking, dependability, and the ability to respond quickly to changing production needs.\nREPORTING METHODS\nManual reports; no computer or production software use is required.\nKNOWLEDGE\nKnowledge of production line setup, workflow, product specifications, labels, and packaging requirements.\nKnowledge of workplace safety, quality checks, production schedules, downtime reporting, and 5S practices.\nREQUIRED ABILITIES\nLead and supervise approximately 6-7 employees\nSet shifts and adjust staffing based on production needs\nIssue employee corrective write-ups when necessary\nCommunicate effectively with supporting departments\nWork on the production line when coverage is needed\nThink critically and make timely operational decisions\nREQUIRED SKILLS\nFollow the production schedule and verify the correct product, label, and box are being used.\nMonitor production numbers, complete hourly quality checks, and document downtime accurately.\nLead employees with a strong focus on safety, quality, accountability, and continuous production flow.\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS\nThe following duties are representative of the primary duties and responsibilities of this role.
