The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for mobile technologies, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.\nDuties:\nDesign, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS applications using Swift/Objective-C.\nConduct platform upgrades to ensure compatibility and leverage new features of the latest iOS versions.\nActively participate in the complete redesign of the mobile app, contributing to both UI/UX improvements and technical architecture.\nCollaborate with backend developers and third-party API providers to integrate new features and functionality.\nConduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.\nOptimize application performance, improve user experience, and ensure high responsiveness.\nIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the full app stack, ensuring a smooth user experience.\nWrite unit tests and work closely with QA teams to ensure the application meets quality standards.\nMaintain detailed documentation of the codebase, architecture, and project deliverables.\nWork closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to deliver projects on time.\nMandatory Skills:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).\n5+ years of experience in iOS mobile app development\nSolid understanding of the iOS SDK, SwiftUI, UIKit, Concurrency with async/await, GCD, and CoreData\nProficiency in Swift and understanding of Objective-C\nStrong grasp of the MVVM and MVC design patterns\nStrong background in unit testing and memory management\nComfortable with Git and version control best practices\nDeep understanding of the native mobile app ecosystem\nUnderstanding of networking, especially with URLSession, the latest version of Xcode / Dev tools, Azure DevOps Build pipelines\nStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nPreferred Skills:\nProven experience working on mobile application redesign projects.\nUnderstanding of Apple Human Interface Guidelines, and App Store submission process.\nFamiliarity with RESTful APIs and experience integrating with backend services.\nKnowledge of third-party libraries and frameworks (e.g., Alamofire, Firebase).\nExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nKnowledge of CI/CD processes for iOS applications.\nFamiliarity with App Analytics, Crash Reporting tools, and A/B testing.\nExperience with version control systems like Git.\nCloud and Things complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding recruitment and hiring.
