Job Description Assistant Executive HousekeeperHotel Operations | Housekeeping Leadership | Performance-DrivenPosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support daily housekeeping operations while actively developing, tracking, and improving department performance metrics.This role goes beyond traditional oversight—you will play a key role in analyzing operational data, leveraging Excel and reporting tools, and driving measurable improvements in housekeeping team productivity, quality, and guest satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesHousekeeping Operations & LeadershipSupervise housekeeping team members and daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet brand standardsLead, coach, and develop housekeeping associates to deliver consistent, high-quality serviceSupport housekeeping scheduling based on occupancy forecasts, productivity targets, and labor budgetsConduct routine inspections of housekeeping work to ensure compliance with cleanliness and brand standardsPerformance Metrics & Continuous ImprovementDevelop, track, and monitor key housekeeping performance metrics to improve team performance and develop morale and pride in the workUtilize Excel and reporting tools to analyze housekeeping data and identify trendsPartner with leadership to implement process improvements that increase housekeeping efficiency and team performanceProvide regular performance reporting and insights to the Executive Housekeeper and General ManagerInventory & Cost ControlMonitor housekeeping supply levels and manage inventory to maintain cost efficiencySupport ordering of guest room and housekeeping suppliesCommunication & Guest ServiceMaintain clear communication with front desk and maintenance regarding room status and readinessResolve guest and housekeeping associate concerns professionally and promptlyPromote a culture of accountability, safety, and service excellence within the housekeeping departmentQualifications1+ year of housekeeping or hotel experience requiredHousekeeping supervisory or leadership experience preferredStrong Excel and data analysis skills highly preferredProven ability to use metrics to improve housekeeping team performanceStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced hospitality environmentCompensation & Total RewardsPay Range:$20.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.Full-Time Benefits Include:Medical insurance – employee coverage starting at ~$50/monthDental and vision coverageCompany-paid life insuranceShort-term and long-term disabilityOptional voluntary life and AD&DHealth Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and applicable ESST where required401(k) with company participationEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Hotel discounts and additional employee perksSchedule & Work EnvironmentFull-time and part-time opportunities availableMust be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as neededFast-paced hotel environment requiring strong housekeeping leadership presenceWhy Join UsThis is an opportunity to step into a high-impact housekeeping leadership role where you will not only lead the team—but drive measurable performance improvements through data, process optimization, and operational excellence.
