This role will also determine the cost effectiveness of manufacturing methods to meet customer needs and assist in releasing products from Engineering to the Production Department in a timely manner.\n\nEngineering Environment: You will work in a small, high-talent-density engineering team solving complex problems across electronics, manufacturing, and AI. This role is best suited for engineers who want to be challenged and grow alongside other highly capable peers.\n\nWhat you'll do:\nOwn technical evaluation and engineering strategy for a wide range of electronic products\nDesign and implement test systems for validation and remanufacturing\nDevelop processes to take products from concept through production\nLead root cause analysis and drive product/process improvement\nInterface with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to execute projects\nSupport new SMT line development and manufacturing integration\nWhat we're looking for:\nStrong hands-on electronics experience (PCBAs, sensors, motors, ECUs, etc.)\nAbility to independently solve complex technical problems\nExperience in manufacturing or product engineering environments\nFamiliarity with communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, Modbus)\nExperience designing, building, or troubleshooting electronic systems\n5+ years experience or equivalent practical expertise\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience\nAdditional skills preferred:\nExperience with test system development\nExposure to SMT processes\nProgramming experience\nKnowledge of remanufacturing or repair processes\nWhy this role is for you:\nHigh autonomy with real ownership of engineering decisions\nOpportunity to build systems, not just maintain them\nDirect impact on new product introduction and manufacturing capability\nWork alongside advanced AI-driven initiatives in electronics recovery\nAbout SRC Technologies Group: SRC Technologies Group is a 100% employee-owned company focused on electronics remanufacturing, repair, and new product development.
