Understand their business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and drive account growth\nFollow up on leads effectively and in a timely manner.\nMaintain the database with all sales activities.\nActively engage with clients to ensure a timely admission process for start of services.\nSupport the onboarding, training, and continuous development of Intake Client Associates. Ability to deal with conflict in a professional manner.\nProficiency in CRM software like Salesforce\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite.\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nTwo (2) years in client services, or a related role, with a focus on intake processes; experience in healthcare sales preferred.\nMedicaid, Waiver and Home Healthcare experience preferred.\nExperience as a manager or team leader preferred.\nExperience managing relationships with distribution partnerships and/or referral sources a plus.\nPhysical Requirements:\nSedentary – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.\nAbility to move, transport, or position: up to 50 pounds;\nup to 100 pounds\nAbility to move or traverse about in offices and/or client homes, including ascending and descending stairs.\nAbility to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
