All candidates must live in the Washington, DC area at time of employment.\n\nResponsibilities\nConsulting associates apply strong analytical and technical skills to help implement business solutions. They work closely with clients and internal teams to improve operations, solve problems, deliver strategic insights, and deliver solutions. Their responsibilities include:\nDevelop, edit, and update performance management SharePoint site, including publishing, creating, editing, and adding performance management webpages\nDesign data visualization and performance dashboards\nCreate training and user resources, including FAQs and user guides, and training on the SharePoint site\nDevelop graphics, tables, and appendices and design, customize, and maintain library including archived and outdated files\nCollaborate closely with our clients to solve tough problems, delivering outstanding client service and achieving mission results\nApply excellent research, analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clients\nContribute to our company culture, which promotes collaboration, learning, and helping others to grow and develop\nRequired Qualifications\nAt least 3 years of relevant experience in providing SharePoint assistance for Government clients\nExperience in grants and program management\nExperience and knowledge of the Federal grant lifecycle, preferably in justice programs\nDirect experience with client and stakeholder engagement and delivering work products for clients in a complex stakeholder environment\nProven to be flexible and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and complex work environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously\nOutstanding written and oral communication and collaboration skills and strong leadership potential\nAbility to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person\nDetail-oriented and ability to solve complex software issues\nClearance: US Citizenship only (no dual citizenship) / ability to obtain a security clearance\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in social science research or related area\nCritical Skills: Entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, resilience, flexibility, learning-oriented, excited to engage\nApplying to the Company: Please tell us about your interests and background; we would be grateful!
