Responsibilities\n\nProvide expert technical guidance and validate project deliverables (requirements, test results, designs)\n\nMentor development teams and create high-level technical documentation Analyze business operations and recommend technical/process improvements Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and performance standards Develop modernized application components as needed Perform peer reviews and participate in pair programming\nPlan, execute, and review System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)\n\nTroubleshoot risks and resolve complex development issues\nLeverage AI tools to support application development and testing\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n\n10+ years expertise in Perl (all versions)\n\n10+ years experience with Java & React (Full Stack)\n\n10+ years experience with MySQL / MariaDB\n\nStrong experience in application modernization Experience designing and executing test plans for Java applications\nHands-on experience with AWS or Azure\n\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and risk analysis skills\n\nHighly Desired\n\nConstruction Management domain experience\n\nExperience resolving complex technical risks and
