Working alongside Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and project teams, you'll help create the structure and coordination that allows successful projects to happen.This role is ideal for someone who values organization, communication, and teamwork, and who takes pride in supporting both people and processes behind the scenes. Whether you are managing document control or collaborating with project teams, you will be part of a company that values integrity, craftsmanship, and genuine connection.If you are ready to do meaningful work with people who care about what they build, and who they build it with, we would love to meet you.PROJECT COORDINATORDepartment: Support ItDirect Supervisor: Controller – Project ComplianceESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONSEnsure subcontractor compliance and proper payment procedures through verification and review of insurance certificates, certified payroll reports, background check results, lien waivers, and supporting documentation, as well as other project-specific requirements.Prepare, proof, distribute, and maintain subcontract agreements and purchase orders with appropriate supporting documentation.Organize, track, and maintain project documentation throughout the life of the project, including reconciling and archiving documents during project closeout and ensuring project records are properly saved in Procore.Understand subcontract agreement language related to subcontractor payment terms, documentation requirements, and compliance obligations.Coordinate permits and project-related requirements, including City, County, State, SWPPP, and utility permits, as directed by the project team.Assist project teams with the organization, preparation, and completion of Operations & Maintenance Manuals in accordance with project specifications and owner requirements.Support project teams through proactive communication, attention to detail, and timely coordination of project-related tasks and documentation.Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to improve project processes, organization, and efficiency.Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.OTHER REQUIREMENTSBuild and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with coworkers, subcontractors, clients, and the public.Go the extra mile to support project success and client satisfaction by double-checking critical deliverables and minimizing errors.Take pride in ownership of all work and outcomes.Implement solutions efficiently and effectively.Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement through personal development and suggestions for better company processes.Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.Show self-motivation, punctuality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while exercising sound judgment and discretion.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORConstruction experience preferred.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.Ability to communicate professionally and collaborate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through.CERTIFICATES & LICENSESNotary for the State of Montana preferredEqual Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans.J-18808-Ljbffr
