All we need is you.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nCreate, evaluate, and improve all schedule controls processes and procedures within the guidelines of Suntuity.\nTrain, mentor, and guide other Scheduling Coordinators as required.\nEnsure all projects are scheduled in a timely manner, maximizing install capacity for the company and responsible for reducing time to install metrics at Suntuity.\nEnsure all inspections and service work orders are scheduled in a timely manner and reducing the time to service and time to inspection.\nAccurately forecast scheduling at least 1 month out for projected installs and work with other department managers to make changes to achieve company targets.\nProvide excellent customer experience and provide inbound and outbound calls to customers to facilitate scheduling.\nMaintain active dialogue with field technicians to ensure scheduling is completed on time and any rescheduling is conducted in real time.\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:\nA four (4) year degree or equivalent work experience in Solar or Construction.\nMinimum 5 years of scheduling experience with a preference given for experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, or Power Generation.\nPMP Certification desirable.\nFlexibility to handle a broad range of responsibilities as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nStrong analytical skills and ability to process large amounts of data with attention to detail.\nAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and articulate thoughts.\nBENEFITS (FOR US BASED EMPLOYEES)\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance with FSA options\nCompany-paid life insurance\n401(k) with company match\n8 paid holidays\nSuntuity is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
