We bias toward action – ship, learn, iterate.\r\nPosition Duties and Responsibilities\r\nBuild and ship full-stack features\r\nWork with agentic AI systems – both using AI tools in your workflow and building AI-powered features\r\nWork across multiple projects simultaneously, using agents to maintain velocity across concurrent workstreams\r\nPerform rigorous code review – especially of AI-generated code – ensuring production-grade quality, security, and systems design\r\nLearn rapidly in a fast-paced environment alongside senior engineers\r\nWork closely with product managers, shipping, learning, and iterating\r\nRequired Experience, Skills, and Education\r\nBachelor's degree in computer science from a top 30 CS program\r\n4.0 GPA\r\nAt least one software engineering internship at a technology company, or a portfolio of demonstrable projects showing engineering depth\r\nProficiency in React, TypeScript, and SQL\r\nDemonstrated ability to use AI coding tools effectively – you already build with agents\r\nStrong code review instincts – you read code critically and catch issues others miss\r\nExcellent fundamentals in systems design and data structures\r\nAbility to work a hybrid office-based position (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) in the team's Boston, MA (Financial District) office.\r\nWho You Are\r\nA doer – hands-on with code and experiments daily\r\nA quality gate – you care about getting it right, and you know AI-generated code needs sharp review\r\nFast and intelligent – you learn fast, make smart decisions quickly, and iterate\r\nAn AI-native builder – agentic tools are part of how you work, not an afterthought\r\nCollaborative – you thrive on code review and learning from others\r\nHard-working and motivated – you put in the effort and take pride in what you ship\r\nPreferred Experience, Skills, and Education\r\nContributions to open-source projects\r\nExperience building and deploying web applications\r\nFamiliarity with agentic AI frameworks or LLM APIs\r\nPersonal projects that demonstrate initiative and technical depth\r\nBase salary range $100,000 - $120,000, plus benefits, bonus opportunities and stock options.
