Financial Analyst

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting financial operations related to government grants. This includes managing budgets, tracking expenditures, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and providing financial insights to program teams.Key Responsibilities:Manage and monitor grant budgets and financial activitiesPerform financial reporting and reconciliationEnsure compliance with federal and state financial regulationsSupport program directors with budget planning and analysisWork closely with finance teams on accounting, contracts, and paymentsRequired Skills:3+ years of experience in financial analysisStrong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliationExperience working with financial tools and data analysisExperience managing grants, timelines, and budgetsPreferred Skills:Experience working with government agenciesKnowledge of state/federal financial complianceCertification such as CFM (nice to have)
