This role will lead development of digital tools that connect data from multiple systems, reduce manual processes, and provide reliable information to support daily operations and leadership decisions.\r\nResponsibilities Provide technical leadership for the design, development, and sustainment of digital solutions supporting civil engineering and mission support processes.\r\nDesign, develop, and maintain Power Platform applications, workflows, dashboards, and automation tools, including mobile and chatbot solutions.\r\nDevelop and maintain system architecture, technical standards, security controls, and governance processes, including permissions and data access.\r\nMaintain databases, APIs, and system integrations, and document system designs, workflows, and lessons learned.\r\nRecommend and implement process improvements to streamline and integrate business workflows where appropriate.\r\nSupport modernization of capital project prioritization tools through application development, system integration, and user enablement.\r\nCollaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and data teams to ensure systems meet mission needs, data requirements, and security standards.\r\nQualifications Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Management, Engineering, or Business/Financial/IT related field.\r\nCompTIA or equivalent industry-recognized technical certification (e.g., Security+, Network+, Cloud+, or similar).\r\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification.\r\nMinimum 10 years of experience in application development and database management.\r\nMinimum 5 years of experience in automation and dashboard development; this experience may overlap with application and database experience.\r\nProficient in Microsoft Windows (including the Office 365/One Drive/Teams, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint).\r\nEligibility Requirements Able to obtain a public trust clearance and Common Access Card (CAC).\r\nThis role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents and other protected individuals under the immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).\r\nLocation US CG Headquarters, Washington, D.C.
