If you excel at turning ambiguity into clarity, bridging business and technical teams, and driving both project success and account growth, this is the role for you.Title : Technical Account ManagerLocation : Remote WorkEmployment Type: Full-timeNo of Openings: 2Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise clients, ensuring successful delivery and long-term account healthOwn end-to-end engagement oversight across AI and digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with delivery and engineering teamsDefine and track account success metrics, OKRs/KPIs, and delivery milestones aligned with business outcomesManage governance across scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and change requests to ensure predictable executionDrive Agile delivery practices (Scrum/Kanban), including sprint planning, backlog alignment, and continuous improvement cyclesConduct technical and business discovery sessions to understand client challenges, baseline metrics, and desired outcomesTranslate business requirements into clear technical expectations for engineering and delivery teamsDevelop ROI-focused value narratives, including cost-benefit analysis and impact trackingApply process improvement and Lean principles to optimize client workflows before automation or AI implementationBuild strong executive-level relationships through proactive communication, governance reviews, and strategic discussionsIdentify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and support revenue growth initiativesAct as a client advocate internally while ensuring alignment between customer expectations and delivery executionQualifications:5–8 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Project/Program Management, or Client-Facing Delivery roles in AI, Digital Transformation, or IT servicesStrong understanding of project delivery fundamentals including roadmaps, RAID logs, risk management, and scope controlHands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid delivery environmentsStrong technical fluency with ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams and senior stakeholdersProven experience working directly with enterprise clients and executive leadership (VP/C-level)Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes without direct authorityStrong analytical thinking with experience in ROI modeling and value-based deliveryExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skillsComfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environmentsCertificationsPMP (Project Management Professional) – PreferredAbout Techolution:Techolution is the world’s leading FEA – Full Enterprise Automation specialist.
