Now we are expanding the research function that will define the future of orthopedic rehabilitation.We are hiring a Clinical Research Scientist to lead that effort—and become the public face of Ermi’s science.This Role Is DifferentThis is a founding-level R&D role where you will:Publish and present research that directly influences clinical adoption.Represent Ermi at leading orthopedic and sports medicine conferences globally.Work at the intersection of clinical science, product innovation, and patient outcomes.Help build a category-defining body of evidence.What You’ll Do1. Lead Clinical Evidence DevelopmentDesign and publish Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs)Expand Ermi’s research across:Therapeutic stretching mechanismsBiomechanics and robotic joint testingTranslate findings into clinically actionable outcomes.2. Represent Ermi on the Global StagePresent research at major conferences (AAOS, AOSSM, ORS, ISAKOS, ESSKA)Build relationships with surgeons, researchers, and institutions.Establish Ermi as a leader in rehabilitation science.3.
