In this position, you will serve as the hands-on technical owner, setting engineering standards, guiding architectural decisions, and delivering reliable, scalable services. You'll collaborate closely with product, design, and external partners while also helping build a strong engineering culture as we grow.\r\nWhat You'll Do:\r\nOwn full stack architecture and implementation across modern web apps.\r\nDesign and develop scalable services and APIs (C#.NET) along with responsive, performant front-end components (React/Next.js, TypeScript).\r\nBuild secure integrations with internal/external systems (e.g., ERP/CRM), and design for resilience\r\nCollaborate with various engineers to deliver incremental value; manage technical backlog and drive continuous improvement\r\nPartner with third-party and offshore build teams for knowledge transfer, alignment on delivery, and long-term maintainability\r\nIn office requirement – three (3) to four (4) days a week.\r\n5% travel may be required for training, meetings, or vendor interactions.\r\nWhat You'll Bring:\r\nDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT or equivalent work experience\r\n5+ years building production systems in C#/.NET (6/8+)\r\n5+ years building a modern front-end application (React/Angular)\r\nExperience developing in a cloud environment (Azure or AWS)\r\nExperience with API design (REST/JSON), security (OAuth2/OIDC/Entra ID), and automated testing (unit/integration)\r\nExperience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions), infrastructure basics, and cost/perf tuning in cloud environments\r\nExperience in modern front-end frameworks and technologies, including React (preferred), Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.\r\nStrong understanding of front-end architecture and performance optimization, including state management (Redux, React Query, or equivalent),\r\nExtremely organized, detail-orientated and able to work with minimum supervision\r\nEvent-driven patterns, DDD, feature flags (Launch Darkly), and resiliency engineering is a plus\r\nExperience with Terraform/Bicep, AKS, caching, and message-driven integrations is a plus\r\nStrong cross functional collaboration\r\nWhy Join Us?\r\nAt CSafe, we foster an exciting, collaborative, and inclusive work environment that promotes both personal and professional growth.
