Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)Location: Concord, NH, 03301 Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM Duration: 14 weeks (Possibility of extension)Required Certification:Active LNA/CNA LicenseBLS/CPR Certification (American Heart Association)Minimum 1+ year of LNA/CNA experienceExperience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility.Monitor and report changes in resident condition, behavior, or comfort to the nursing staff promptly.Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and other assigned observations accurately.Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment while following infection control and safety protocols.Work collaboratively with RNs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.
