Aerospace background required.\n\nEmployees working on programs subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations must qualify as a US Person which is defined as a US Citizen, a Permanent Resident who does not work for a foreign company/foreign government/foreign governmental agency or organization, or a political asylee for legal compliance purposes.\n\nRequired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities\nAbility to motivate, coach and manage a team including conducting annual performance reviews.\nStrong written and verbal communication and effective presentation skills.\nKnowledge of aircraft interiors and drawing development, installation and FAA requirements.\nWorking knowledge 14 CFR Part 25 Regulations as it pertains to Aircraft Structures, Interiors, Materials, Mechanical Systems and Payload Systems.\nWorking knowledge of industry accepted Finite Element Program, NASTRAN.\nWorking knowledge of classical hand analysis of aircraft structural components and assemblies.\nWorking knowledge of accepted design and substantiation practices and solutions in Aircraft Industry.\nProficient with Microsoft Office applications.
