The successful candidate will serve as a central point of coordination across multiple functional teams, ensuring that program deliverables, customer requirements, quality documentation, schedules, and project milestones are effectively managed and communicated.\n\nThis individual must possess strong project management skills, a process-oriented mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, and Applications Engineering teams. Experience working within regulated industries such as nuclear, utility, aerospace, defense, medical, or other highly controlled environments is highly desirable.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nProgram Management & Coordination\nSupport the day-to-day execution of strategic nuclear battery projects and customer programs.\nMaintain project schedules, action item logs, risk registers, and milestone tracking.\nCoordinate internal and external meetings and document decisions, actions, and follow-up activities.\nEnsure timely completion of program deliverables and escalate risks or delays when necessary.\nAssist in managing customer requests, technical inquiries, qualification activities, and project execution plans.\nProcess Management & Compliance\nDevelop a comprehensive understanding of EnerSys nuclear products, processes, qualifications, and customer requirements.\nEnsure compliance with internal procedures, documentation requirements, and nuclear quality standards.\nMonitor project activities to ensure adherence to established processes, approvals, and stage-gate requirements.\nSupport document control activities, including specifications, test reports, quality records, drawings, procedures, inspection plans, and customer submittals.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nAct as a liaison between:\nEngineering\nManufacturing\nQuality Assurance\nProcurement\nApplications Engineering\nSupply Chain\nProduct Management\nSales and Customer Support\nFacilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment on priorities, schedules, technical requirements, and customer commitments.\nCoordinate responses to customer technical and commercial requirements.\nDocumentation & Reporting\nMaintain program dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries.\nTrack open actions, design reviews, qualification activities, testing schedules, and documentation deliverables.\nAssist with customer audits, factory acceptance testing, witness testing, and quality verification activities.\nSupport preparation of presentations, project reviews, business updates, and customer communications.\nSupplier & Procurement Support\nCoordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain teams regarding material availability, supplier qualifications, and critical component status.\nTrack supplier deliverables and documentation requirements supporting nuclear projects.\nAssist in monitoring procurement milestones and manufacturing readiness.\nQualifications\n\nEducation\n\nBachelor's degree preferred in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, or related discipline.\nEquivalent experience may be considered.\n\nExperience\n\n5+ years of experience in project coordination, program management, operations, engineering support, or quality systems.\nExperience working in regulated industries such as nuclear power, utilities, manufacturing, defense, aerospace, or medical industries is preferred.\nDemonstrated experience supporting cross-functional technical projects.\n\nSkills & Competencies\n\nStrong project management and organizational skills.\nExceptional attention to detail and process discipline.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nExperience with document control systems, quality systems, or ERP systems is a plus.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nKnowledge of nuclear industry quality requirements and documentation practices.\nFamiliarity with battery systems, stationary power systems, or energy
