Based in the West Coast you will be responsible for a team across the US working to secure client retention and help to grow the business.\n\nA role you will love\nThe Manager, Relationship Management is responsible for providing leadership to a team of Relationship Managers in the San Francisco Bay area. Primary responsibilities include giving consultation, direction, guidance and feedback to direct reports on their performance relative to the objectives that have been set for them. The Manager is a facilitator who ensures that the Relationship Managers have the resources they need to achieve their goals for client satisfaction, retention and profitability.\nEnsures that the business unit’s relationship strategy is executed effectively by the team.\nManages a staff of Relationship Managers and makes decisions regarding employment, work allocation, goal setting, performance management, professional development, and expense control.\nDirectly supervises a team of RMs in the Client Relations Department.\nEnsures that revenue and expense goals are achieved.\nGuides the Relationship Managers in realizing their up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.\nNegotiates the terms of contract renewals, consulting with business units such as Finance, Legal, and Sales throughout the process.\nAssists in the collection of critically delinquent receivables.\nOversees development of strategic account plans for top client relationships\nEnsures that sensitive client issues are resolved effectively.\nCoaches and mentors, the Relationship Managers for career development.\nTravel required: 15%.\nWhat will you bring to the role?\nBachelor's degree (B. T he typical base pay range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000.
