The Executive / Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling correspondence. The role includes preparing documents, presentations, and reports, as well as organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files. The individual will help coordinate internal and external meetings, take and distribute minutes, and follow up on action items. Additional responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing office supplies, liaising with vendors, and supporting day-to-day office operations. The role requires a high level of discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace), including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and email.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear emails, documents, and reports.Experience handling calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and supporting executive-level leadership.High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion when handling sensitive information.Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and careful document management.Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems with minimal supervision.Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues, clients, and external partners.Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
