Our goal is to deliverhigh-quality products on time and within budget.What You Will Do¿ Drive large-scale new product introduction (NPI) cross-functional programs for theHardware Program Management Organization according to current ProductDevelopment Methodology.¿ Own, build, organize, and manage project plans for key initiatives, includingreporting/briefing, execution and tracking of program deliverables, achievements, actionitems, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.¿ Develop resilient working relationships and support cross-functional teams that buildtooling for hardware manufacturing operations, supply chain, sourcing, and logistics tounderstand and deliver on business goals and priorities.¿ Build and track overall program prototype allocations, budgets, PO's for developmentrequirements, equipment, logistics, phase gate reviews, approvals, and headcountthroughout the NPI process.¿ Adhere to metrics and governance for Meraki's process and drive processimprovements.¿ Track various endeavors for research and development on new components, NPIs, andSustaining.¿ Lead JDM or CM proto build plans ensuring allocations are correct and correlate to buildquantity, including support for material readiness, test, and logistics.¿ Mentor and provide opportunities for newer team members, and assist in team initiativesrelated to the PMO.Who You AreYou have deep program and project management experience and the ability to execute complexinitiatives successfully with high value outcomes, stakeholder engagement and alignment, andseamless change management and communication.
