Daily Cleaning & Sanitation\r\nMaintain the cleanliness of the lobby, restrooms, and kitchen.\r\nSweep, mop, and scrub floors, including under equipment and furniture\r\nClean and sanitize:\r\nTables, chairs, booths, and high-touch surfaces\r\nRestrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, dispensers)\r\nWindows, doors, and entryways\r\nEnsure all areas are stocked with necessary supplies (soap, paper goods, sanitizer)\r\n2. Exterior Maintenance\r\nKeep parking lot, sidewalks, and landscaping clean and free of debris\r\nRemove trash, grease, gum, and spills\r\nMaintain trash receptacles and outdoor signage\r\nMonitor landscaping, including weeds, mulch, and general appearance\r\n3. Equipment & Preventative Maintenance\r\nPerform routine cleaning and maintenance on equipment, including:\r\nFryers and vats (filtering, cleaning, boil-outs)\r\nAccessing the roof to clean HVAC filters, condensers, and coils\r\nFollow the Planned Maintenance Calendar and complete all assigned tasks\r\nReport and follow up on any broken or unsafe equipment\r\n4. Safety & Compliance\r\nFollow all food safety and sanitation standards\r\nProperly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times\r\nMaintain a safe work environment by:\r\nAddressing leaks and wet floors immediately\r\nFollows all mopping procedures, including using a dry mop and using proper signage\r\nCorrect and report hazards to management immediately\r\nProperly uses and operates equipment, including power washer, ladder, blower, filtering machines, and pallets\r\nUses proper lifting techniques at all times to safely handle equipment and supplies and prevent injury\r\n5. Operational Support\r\nAssist management and team members during busy periods when needed\r\nComplete maintenance logs, checklists, and required documentation\r\nParticipate in routine walk-throughs and safety inspections\r\nMaintains a professional, courteous, and respectful demeanor with customers and team members at all times\r\n6. Qualifications\r\nMust be 18 years of age or older\r\nAbility to work independently, manage time effectively, and remain productive throughout the shift\r\nStrong attention to detail and cleanliness standards\r\nBasic knowledge of maintenance and cleaning procedures (training provided)\r\nAbility to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift\r\n7. Dependability & Attendance\r\nArrive to work on time and ready to work as scheduled\r\nMaintain consistent attendance and reliability\r\nFollow proper call-in procedures when necessary\r\n8.
