Corpay will set you up for success by providing:\n\nCompany-issued equipment\nFormal, hands-on training\nRole Responsibilities\n\nThe responsibilities of the role will include:\n\nLeading the design, development, and maintenance of software applications using the .NET framework.\nWriting clean, scalable, and efficient code in C# to build and maintain applications.\nEnsuring applications meet performance, security, and reliability standards.\nImplementing software best practices, design patterns, and development methodologies\nGuiding and mentoring junior developers, providing technical direction and overseeing their work.\nDriving technical architecture and ensure alignment with project goals and client needs.\nConducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards and best practices within the team.\nWorking closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers, to define project requirements and create innovative solutions.\nCommunicating technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nFacilitating collaboration with DevOps teams to optimize deployment pipelines and ensure continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) best practices.\nTaking ownership of software projects from inception through to production deployment.\nEnsuring timely delivery of project milestones while managing and mitigating risks.\nStaying aligned with client objectives, ensuring the final product meets or exceeds their expectations.\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nEquivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.\n4+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on C# and the .NET framework.\nProven experience as a Lead Developer or in a similar senior technical role.\nExtensive experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.\nHands-on experience with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, React, etc.).\nExperience with SQL Server or other relational databases.\nProficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and web services.\nExperience working with cloud platforms (preferably Azure or AWS).\nDemonstrated experience with Agile software development practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, source control (e.g., Git), and automated testing.\nAdvanced knowledge of C# and .NET Core.\nProficient in database design, SQL, and data modeling.\nExperience with modern software architecture patterns, such as microservices and event-driven architectures.\nStrong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).\nFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized applications is a plus.\nStrong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and guiding junior developers.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.\nA passion for learning new technologies and continuously improving personal and team skillsets.\nBenefits & Perks\n\nAutomatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements)\nVirtual fitness classes offered company-wide\nRobust PTO offerings including: major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer time\nEmployee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.)\nPhilanthropic support with both local and national organizations\nFun culture with company-wide contests and prizes\nPay Transparency\nThe expected salary range for this position is $110,000 – $140,000, based on the candidate’s work location.
