We're looking for a Field Service Seasonal Welder to join our dynamic team and take on critical installation and repair projects across the U.S.
This is your chance to work with a leader in the expansion joint industry—serving major industrial clients while expanding your skills in structural welding, installation, and field diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform on‑site TIG, MIG, Stick, and structural welding on HVAC, piping, exhaust, and ducting systems
Install and repair expansion joints using stainless steel, carbon steel, and high‑temperature alloys
Diagnose and fix failures in the field, often under challenging environmental conditions
Communicate with clients and project managers regarding work progress and technical needs
Maintain accurate service records and follow detailed welding procedures
Ensure safety compliance at all times and wear appropriate PPE
Travel frequently to job sites with possible extended stays and short‑notice mobilization
Support your team in a variety of job site tasks to ensure project success
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of field service welding experience (preferably in industrial, expansion joint, or construction industries)
Strong knowledge of TIG, MIG, Stick welding, and welding in confined or high‑heat environments
Familiarity with ASME and AWS codes and safety standards
Valid driver's license and ability to travel 100% of the time
Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs., climb ladders, kneel, and work in various weather and job site conditions
High school diploma or equivalent; welding certifications a plus
Preferred Certifications:
OSHA or other safety training credentials a bonus
