This hybrid role requires an independent contributor who will be responsible for the design, development, and support of enterprise analytics and business intelligence solutions.\nThis position plays an integral part in developing and supporting analytics platforms including Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Alteryx, and SSIS. Successful candidates will have the ability to leverage strong SQL skills to deliver trusted, governed, and scalable data solutions. We do not offer visa sponsorship for this job classification.\nQualified candidates, please submit your current resume with a cover letter and your compensation requirements for consideration.\nSubmissions will be reviewed; only candidates most closely matching the requirements of the position will be contacted.\n\nWhat You Will Need:\n\n7+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and SSIS\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems/Technology or a related field; or equivalent combination of education, training, and 4-6 years of related experience.\nStrong experience developing, configuring, deploying, and supporting SSIS packages from multiple data sources\nProficiency with Power BI, including data preparation, data modeling, DAX, and interactive dashboard development\nStrong Alteryx experience, including workflow development, optimization, and operational support\nExperience administering and supporting Alteryx Server, including upgrades, MongoDB backups, and issue resolution\nThorough understanding of enterprise data warehousing concepts, including designing, developing, and maintaining data marts\nExperience using Microsoft Fabric components for analytics and data integration\nAdvanced-level Microsoft Excel skills for analyzing datasets and identifying trends or inconsistencies\nExperience providing production support for BI and analytics solutions\nExcellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to work well with individuals at all levels of the organization.\nExcellent attendance and reliability, with the ability to work extended hours as needed.\nExperience in regulated industries such as insurance, healthcare, and financial services preferred.\nExperience supporting self-service BI and governed analytics environments and a familiarity with modern data governance/compliance preferred.\nWhat You’ll Do:\n\nDesign, develop, and deliver interactive Power BI datasets, dashboards, reports, and stories that are easily understood\nBuild, deploy, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using SSIS, Alteryx, and Microsoft Fabric\nDesign, create, and optimize complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures\nDesign, develop, deploy, and manage Alteryx workflows and analytic applications\nProvide daily operational and production support for Power BI, Alteryx, and other BI solutions, including dashboards and reports\nEnsure data quality, reliability, performance, and scalability across analytics solutions\nApply data governance, lineage, sensitivity labeling, and compliance standards using Microsoft Purview\nEnsure regulatory compliance (HIPAA and other applicable regulations) in all aspects of data utilization and access\nCollaborate with business users and IT partners to translate requirements into effective analytics solutions\nCommunicate professionally with technical and non-technical audiences through written, verbal, and formal presentations.\nParticipate in design and peer reviews within the department\nStay current with BI and data analytics trends, tools, and best practices\nCompensation & Benefits:\nThe anticipated base salary for this position is $105,000 - $125,000 annually.
