In addition, you will serve as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing as the product(s) move to completion and distribution. As an RF Design Engineer, your involvement lasts throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle, from product release through maintenance of the product and end of life decisions. Lastly, you will promote investigation and application of new technologies and industry trends to product management activities and ensure that products shipped meet specifications and quality goals.\r\nDuties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop new products, support existing products and improve processes, specifically related to RF and communication design\r\nLead RF circuit design from concept to production for low cost wireless communications product-line – complete radio transceiver design and layout including RF PA, LNA, RF filters and matching, synthesizers, VCO's and mixers.\r\nConduct RF circuit measurements using laboratory spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, etc.\r\nVerify that designs meet requirements through analysis, simulation, and measurement. Compare results to theory and documents results.\r\nCarry out field studies and system test activities.\r\nProvide design and project support in the areas of project leadership, regulation, reliability, and components selections.
