Passion for our mission and vision is required!\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nDevelop hardware in parallel and in collaboration with Engineering.\n\nMachine product from cradle to grave: evaluate, select work-holding & tooling, program, setup, machine and inspect, while communicating with design teams throughout the entire life cycle.\n\nProgramming, set up and machining of 3, 4 and 5 axis mills, multi axis lathes, and development of critical machining processes.\n\nOperation of other equipment as required, both NC controlled and manual.\n\nWorking with engineering to document and standardize production processes.\n\nPartner with leadership and engineering to prioritize work based on production schedule and organizational goals.\n\nEnsure product quality and conformance to engineering specifications.\n\nPerform daily maintenance and regular cleaning of machinery and equipment.\n\nPerform all tasks in safe and responsible manner.\n\nSchedule:\n\nFirst shift (Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm)\n\nQualifications:\n\n10+ years of experience with 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC machining.\n\n10+ years of experience with manual mill and lathe.\n\n7+ years of experience with NX\n\nFull understanding of GD&T and the tools to execute the inspection of.\n\nThrive in a constantly evolving environment.\n\nAbility to take on challenges with incomplete information and pivot to drive progress.\n\nWork well in a collaborative team environment.\n\nExperience machining one or more of the following materials: nickel-based stainless-steel alloys (Inconel, Monel, etc.), Copper, Aluminum and/or Titanium.\n\nExtensive experience with one or more of the following CNC machines: Mazak, Hass, DMG Mori, Mori Seiki, and/or Okuma.\n\nWorking knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, Mazatrol or other CNC controls.\n\nExcellent blueprint reading skills including GD&T per current ASME Y14.5M standard.\n\nFamiliar with use of personal computers.\n\nAbility to provide Design for Manufacturing feedback.\n\nMust be physically able to:\n\nLift and carry 50 lbs.\n\nDesired:\n\nExperience machining vehicle-sized tooling\n\nExperience in integrating metrology in-line with machining\n\nExperience machining nickel-based stainless-steel alloys, copper, titanium.\n\nTooling and fixture design.\n\nOutside processing knowledge, including heat treat, plating, coating, EDM, grinding, etc.\n\nCMM programming/operation experience.\n\nConversational programming on the machine.\n\nExperience operating heavy lifting equipment such as cranes and forklifts.\n\nCulture Statement\n\nDon’t meet all desired requirements?
