You’ll work directly alongside the founder as one of the first hires in our Phoenix office, helping expand a fast-growing engineering and technical recruiting firm.You won’t just fill jobs — you’ll build relationships, win clients, create your own book of business, and become a trusted partner to engineering leaders and technical professionals across the country.If you want ownership, uncapped commissions, freedom to grow your own desk, and the ability to dramatically increase your income based on performance, this role offers exactly that.What You’ll Be DoingThis is a true 360 recruiting role — combining sales, relationship-building, recruiting, and client management.Business Development & Client Growth (50%)You’ll actively build your own client portfolio by:Prospecting engineering and technical companies across the U.S.Making outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and relationship-buildingMeeting directly with hiring managers, executives, and HR leadersConducting discovery calls and onsite client visitsWinning new job orders and expanding existing accountsBecoming the go-to recruiting partner for your clientsThis role includes real field work — client meetings, networking events, business development, and relationship management throughout the Phoenix market and beyond.You are not handed accounts. You build them.
