Drywall Hanger/Painter

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and skilled Drywall Hanger / Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in hanging, finishing, and repairing drywall, as well as interior and exterior painting. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Measure, cut, and install drywall panels on walls and ceilings Tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall to a smooth surface Repair damaged drywall and prepare surfaces for painting Apply paint, primer, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment Mix and match paint colors as needed Maintain clean and safe work areas Follow project plans, blueprints, and instructions Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Requirements Proven experience in drywall installation and painting Knowledge of drywall tools, materials, and techniques Ability to use hand and power tools safely Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs) Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to work in various environments (indoor/outdoor, heights, etc.) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Ability to Commute: Pineville, LA 71360 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Pineville, LA 71360: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
