As a SME Software Developer, a typical day will include the following duties/skills:\r\nWork Requirements\r\nPerform full-stack development activities in the Customer's cloud environment.\r\nDevelop innovative user-interface designs based on marketing needs, user analysis, product innovation, technology, and business requirements.\r\nCreate conceptual models, workflows, design prototypes, and UI specifications.\r\nEnsure adherence to UI guidelines and standards during development and maintenance.\r\nConduct or participate in product usability testing.\r\nCommunicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members.\r\nRequired Skills & Demonstrated Experience\r\nExperience developing, customizing, and using applications for intelligence analysis.\r\nBackend development with Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS services (e.g., SQS).\r\nUser-centered design principles, web standards, typography, color, and usability standards.\r\nGit for version control and issue tracking.\r\nHighly Desired Skills & Demonstrated Experience\r\nFull-stack development in the Customer's cloud environment.\r\nContainerization using Docker and Kubernetes for developing and deploying applications/microservices.\r\nFamiliarity with the Customer's data environment.\r\nExperience in Customer analytic mission areas, especially research on analyst user needs.\r\nAbility to organize and structure solutions to complex problems.\r\nStrong coordination and collaboration skills.\r\n*A candidate must be a US Citizen and requires an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.\r\nQualifications\r\nEducation: Preferred BA/BS or better.\r\nExperience: Required 10 years: Demonstrated work related experience.\r\nEqual Opportunity Employer / Individuals with Disabilities / Protected Veterans\r\nEqual Opportunity Employer\r\nThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
