We’re looking for a Security Supervisor who embodies our dedication to safety and security. Duties will include but not be limited to: Directly fill the main gate officer position 3 – 4 days per week.Serve as the “Client Contact” with the contracted security service company for both the Springfield and Vaughn facilities.Manage security services contract.Set schedules for security officers and fire-watch personnel.Review and approve security invoices.Monitor and evaluate performance for all security and fire-watch personnel, across all shifts and posts.Set security and fire-watch policies and procedures.Revise the site “Post Orders” as needed.Directly conduct, or oversee, security and fire-watch personnel training.Compensation And BenefitsCompetitive base Salary will be based on qualifications and experience.Medical insurance (90% company-paid for full-time employee and family)Dental and Vision insurance (90% company-paid for full-time employee and family coverage)HRA reimbursement401(k) company match of 100% up to 6% of your payGenerous vacation plan available immediately.40 hours of Sick leave9 company-paid holidays plus 16 hours of floating holiday accrual per yearFSA for health care and dependent care expensesLife and AD&D insurance equal to 2x your annual earnings (100% company-paid)Long-Term Disability insurance (100% company-paid)Short-Term Disability insurance (100% company-paid)Employee Assistance Program (100% company-paid)Years of Service Bonus for employees employed over 5 years.Rosboro is an equal opportunity employer.
