Warehouse Worker

Trillium is looking for Warehouse Workers in Athol, MA!Responsibilities: -Assures Quality Level and Productivity Performance Standards are met. -Assures that all manufacturing areas are operated according to the requirements stated in Quality Management System (QMS), -Health and Safety and Environment Management System (EMS) to ensure compliance. -Assures the maintenance of required data and that reports are completed on a regular basis in regards to the production. -Capable of reading each order carefully and understanding specific work instructions and will receive certified training by appropriate trainers. -Calculate number of boxes and packaging required before production can run. -Be able to close out orders in accordance with work instructions. -Relieves, fills in for breaks and lunches if needed to maintain coverage on active lines when necessary. -Assures that all Health and Safety Requirements are observed and that areas are maintained in a neat and orderly condition. Will be familiar with raw materials and know different materials by name. -Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds -Completes other various duties as assigned or required by management. -Checks line activity sheets, key dimension sheets and reads shop orders. -Produce parts that meet the quality specification at or above specified rate. -Maintain a high degree of accuracy and quality throughout the entire part run. -Operate two or more lines. -Maintains a clean and orderly work environment. -Trains or assists in the training of other operators. -Manages materials and minimizes waste. -Other duties as assigned.Pay rate is $17.50/hr.
