After testing, Processors are assigned with passing inventory along to the proper department for inventory input. Dealing with a wide variety of product mix -- the Processing position is a key element in our sales chain; accurately relaying the condition of each item.\nResponsibilities:\nTest electronic devices such as video game consoles, computer equipment and media players to ensure they are working properly with no external or internal damage.\nLearn and understand differences between each product and their coinciding accessories.\nSort and review incoming product orders.\nPrevent buyer dissatisfaction by ensuring that merchandise quality control is accurate and complete.\nPrevent buyer dissatisfaction by ensuring that merchandise prices are current and accurate to market.\nRecognize potential loss situations prior to sending product to the Listing Department.\nLearn and assist at Retail locations testing and processing trade-in items. This position may require full shifts at Retail stores.\nPerform minor repairs to products.\nDust/clean shelves and merchandise.
