We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of our clients' most complex problems and find solutions that keep our nation safe.\r\nAs a Lessons Learned Analyst, you will track the implementation of internal and external findings. You'll gather and process lessons learned, including JLLIS, program data for analysis, monitor progress against established metrics, and identify deviations or issues. You'll create dashboards, charts, and status reports to inform leadership, perform initial analysis, identify trends, and provide data-driven summaries turning raw data into usable information.\r\nJoin us. The world can't wait.\r\nQualifications\r\n5+ years of experience with Lessons Learned databases such as JLLIS\r\nExperience developing dashboards\r\nExperience constructing research and analysis\r\nExperience shaping and coordinating Navy doctrine, concepts of operations, or concepts of employment\r\nAbility to produce senior executive-level written products, dashboards, and technical analysis\r\nSecret clearance\r\nBachelor's degree\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nExperience with the military, preferably United States Navy\r\nExperience serving on a numbered fleet or major staff\r\nExperience in an expeditionary environment whose mission is to man, train, equip, organize combat forces\r\nAbility to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines\r\nMaster's degree\r\nSecurity Clearance\r\nApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.\r\nCompensation\r\nProjected compensation range: $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). Salary is determined by factors including location, education, skills, and contract-specific requirements.
