This position focuses on data analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing engineering and an interest in operational excellence.**This is a 3 to 4 month term position**Key ResponsibilitiesSupport process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, maintenance, and design engineering to resolve manufacturing issues.Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Support new product introductions by developing and validating manufacturing processes.Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed.Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for process-related issues.Other job duties as assigned.Required Education & QualificationsSupport process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, maintenance, and design engineering to resolve manufacturing issues.Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Support new product introductions by developing and validating manufacturing processes.Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed.Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for process-related issues.Other job duties as assigned.Why Choose Modine?
