The Building Superintendent is required to live on-site at the property . A studio apartment, including utilities, will be provided to the individual in this role. This position is responsible for providing superior customer service to residents while completing basic maintenance, cleaning, and general building upkeep duties to ensure The Foreland remains clean, safe, and well-maintained.\n\nThe Building Superintendent Will:\n\nProvide a high level of customer service to residents.\n\nMaintain the daily upkeep of the property, including snow and ice removal from sidewalks, steps, driveways, and parking areas.\n\nKeep public and common areas clean and orderly, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming as needed.\n\nMeet vendors and coordinate and supervise their work as necessary.\n\nMaintain the security of the property by ensuring building and apartment doors are locked and secure when work is completed.\n\nAssist with completing preventative maintenance schedules for equipment and operating systems.\n\nIdentify and report maintenance needs to the Property Manager.\n\nRespond to after-hours/on-call emergencies as outlined by the Property Manager.\n\nMaintain an inventory of janitorial supplies, tools, and equipment and order supplies as necessary.\n\nTour prospective residents through vacant units as requested by the Property Manager or Leasing Department.\n\nAssist with preparing and cleaning vacant apartments for leasing as instructed by the Property Manager.\n\nMaintain a professional appearance and perform all duties courteously and professionally.\n\nPerform responsibilities in accordance with company standards at all times.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.\n\nAbility and willingness to live on-site.
