This position performs administrative work of considerable difficulty which may involve critical thinking, problem solving and independent judgment. The Executive Assistant must also be able to manage projects, work independently with little or no supervision, and manage their time accordingly.\r\nWhat You'll Do:\r\nProvide administrative support to leaders in the Advisory business units working with their teams\r\nAssist in the preparation of statements of work and engagement letters\r\nAssist in maintaining the CRM database on behalf of Advisory leaders\r\nAssist in managing calendars, tracking schedules, arranging travel, coordinating speaking and client engagements, etc. for respective Advisory leaders\r\nSet up portals and manage document downloads\r\nPrepare invoices, billing statements and maintain billing records\r\nProcess Firm correspondence\r\nComplete onboarding steps for Advisory leaders\r\nProofread reports making necessary edits to formatting, punctuation, and grammar\r\nDraft correspondence and other forms of documentation using the Firm's standardized formats\r\nServe as a liaison between Advisory leaders and respective client groups\r\nParticipate in various Firm initiatives to identify areas of improvement and to build efficiencies for the Firm as a whole\r\nWork extended hours necessitated by workload\r\nOther additional duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments, as needed\r\nWhat We're Looking For:\r\nCommunicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal communications\r\nMaintain a professional demeanor with co-workers and clients\r\nProject a can-do, team-player attitude to cultivate productive working relationships within the Advisory Group and Firmwide\r\nPossess critical thinking skills and exhibit sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and make necessary decisions\r\nAnticipate the needs of respective Advisory leaders and take initiative to proactively work ahead\r\nManage day-to-day responsibilities as well as tasks assigned by Advisory leaders\r\nPossess excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills exhibiting good attention to detail\r\nMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)\r\nYour Qualifications\r\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\r\n4 years of experience in a professional support role\r\nExperience with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, and Teams- plus Adobe Acrobat and other digital tools\r\nThe stated pay scale reflects the range that Anders reasonably expects to pay for this position.
