Licensed Medical Esthetician

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Licensed Medical Esthetician to join our team and provide advanced skincare treatments within a results-driven, medically supervised aesthetics + wellness practice. This role involves performing a range of medical-grade facials, Morpheus 8 radiofrequency microneedling, IPL, MOXI resurfacing laser, DiamondGlow, regenerative microneedling with PDGF+ and exosomes, and body contouring treatments, while supporting pre- and post-procedure patient care in collaboration with medical providers. The ideal candidate is passionate about skin health, knowledgeable in advanced aesthetics and regenerative treatments, has experience in advanced modalities, and thrives in a high-touch, client-centered environment. This is a his is a full or part-time position with high commission pay and the flexibility to create your own schedule, making it perfect for a motivated and entrepreneurial provider. Responsibilities Perform various skin care treatments, including facials, Morpheus8, Moxi, IPL, Laser Hair Removal, and other advanced procedures. Sanitate all tools and work areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide exceptional guest services, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all clients. Assist in managing the front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records using Boulevard software. Stay updated on the latest trends in skin care and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations to clients. Engage in social media management to promote services and enhance the spa's online presence. Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive work environment focused on client satisfaction. Educate clients about proper skin care routines and products suitable for their needs. Qualifications Valid TN esthetician license in accordance with state regulations. 3+ years of hands-on experience in a med spa setting is required*** Knowledge of advanced laser and microneedling treatments is a must*** Local book of business in greater Nashville area preferred*** Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest services. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with Boulevard software is advantageous but can be learned on the job. A proactive approach to learning new techniques and treatments in the esthetics field. Interest in functional medicine and wellness treatments, and cross-promoting aesthetics with functional medicine.
