This is a high impact individual contributor role, working closely with other product managers, product design, and development to create experiences our customers love that drive measurable impact for the business.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO (The Impact)\nLead end-to-end product delivery: Own discovery through design, development, and measurement of post-launch success criteria.\nPrototype with AI: Leverage AI-assisted tools to rapidly prototype concepts, accelerate feedback loops, and reduce time from idea to validated solution.\nDrive pre-development estimation: Lead exercises that inform business trade-off discussions and scope conversations.\nLead customer & market research: Conduct discovery sessions and market research specific to your product areas.\nDefine requirements: Translate business and functional requirements into clear, actionable user stories for development teams.\nCommunicate progress: Provide regular product updates and roadmap progress to stakeholders across the organization.\nOwn prioritization: Balance stakeholder needs, business value, and level of effort to make clear, defensible calls on what gets built and when.\nDefine & track metrics: Establish and monitor key product metrics within your product area.\nBuild trusted relationships: Collaborate across leadership, engineering, and customer success to drive alignment.\nChampion continuous improvement: Guide process improvements within your development teams and across the product organization.\nWHO YOU ARE\nYou're a seasoned product leader who combines sharp instincts with a data-driven approach, and you're energized by ambiguity. You know how to say no — and how to back it up.\nProduct Lifecycle Owner: At least 10 years of experience in a software Product Manager role with proven end-to-end ownership from discovery through delivery.\nAI-First Mindset: You've brought a successful AI product or feature to market and have a deep understanding of current AI tools and how to leverage them effectively in your daily PM work.\nTechnical Foundation: Strong technical background with proven ability to work successfully with engineering teams.
