This will include managing storage systems, monitoring operations, hardware/software implementations, and capacity and resilience improvements.ResponsibilitiesSupports enterprise storage and server environmentsManages storage systemsMonitors operations, hardware/software implementations, and capacity and resilience improvementsRequired Qualifications/Education And ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GEDMust have and maintain a Secret ClearanceMust possess a active Security+ certificationMust possess a CE certification (such as. MCSE/Server+/CCNA/RedHat/Palo Alto)3+ years designing, configuring, and supporting highly available enterprise storage systemsComputing Environment (CE) Certification (i.e., MCSE, Server+, CCNA, RedHat, Palo, etc.) - can be waived for 30 days after project join dateThree or more years' experience in design, installation, configuration, security, and maintenance of highly available enterprise data storage systemsThree or more years' experience maintain storage and network policies and standardsThree or more years' experience refreshing data from one environment to another at the request of the application development staffThree or more years' experience creating, maintaining, following Standard Operating Procedures for repeatable processes, disaster recovery, and common problem resolutionThree or more years' experience with MS-Windows, Solaris, and RHEL/OEL Linux environmentsThree or more years’ experience administering applicable storage networksThree or more years' experience with VMWare 7.x or greaterThree or more years' experience with network communication (IP based)Installation and configuration experience of backup SW with Windows Server 2019, Solaris 11, RedHat Enterprise Linux 7 and higherExperience with both Windows Powershell and Bash shell scriptingStrong CLI skillsStrong interpersonal skills and willing to be a team playerExperience in Computer Science or ITPreferred Qualifications/Education And Experience.Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent years of experienceThree or more years’ experience supporting Cybersecurity patch management and Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG), SRG, RMF, SCA-V, and Cyber Operational Readiness Assessments (CORA)BenefitsOSC Edge delivers a total rewards package that we know will attract, engage and retain top talent.
