The Modeling, Analytics, and Simulation Sciences (MASS) Operation is seeking a Model-Based Systems Engineer to support our customers at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC).\nResponsibilities Collaborate with engineers and software developers to develop authoritative engineering models contributing to national defense.\nDevelop and maintain models, artifacts, and integrated datasets for complex systems and systems of systems.\nProduce and present technical documentation and artifacts.\nAnalyze architecture and engineering data to solve complex problems, recommend solutions, and improve products and processes.\nRequired Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, or a related technical field.\nMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience.\nStrong knowledge of SysML for modeling architectures and system behaviors.\nProficiency with MBSE methodologies and tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler, MagicDraw, IBM Rhapsody, and Enterprise Architect.\nDemonstrated ability to develop and maintain models, artifacts, and integrated datasets for complex systems.\nAbility to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment, including internal staff, external contractors, and government customers.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce and present technical documentation and artifacts.\nDesired Qualifications Master’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.\nRelevant certifications such as OCSMP, INCOSE CSEP, or Project Management PMP.\nKnowledge of object‑oriented programming languages, including Java, C++, or Python.\nExperience with DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF), Unified Architecture Framework (UAF), or other architecture frameworks.\nKnowledge of aerospace/defense systems and processes.\nKnowledge of modeling and simulation (M&S) tools and practices.\nActive TS/SCI security clearance.\nBenefits Employee‑owned company.\nGenerous 401(k) retirement plan.\nFull health, dental, life, and vision insurance.\nEducational reimbursement.\nCompetitive salaries.\nInteresting assignments in the Huntsville, AL or Dayton, OH areas.\nEqual Opportunity Employer Radiance Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
