Job DetailsDescriptionRosewood, located in Bakersfield, CA is hiring On call Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs/LPNs) for its Skilled Nursing team. Our LVNs are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm. You will help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction. On-call Position ** Day (6:30 AM-2:30 PM), Evening (2:30 PM- 10:30 PM), Nights (10:30 PM- 6:30 AM) ** $31-$35.50/hr.
