{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"c3feb77ff6f4bc640c0df468","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/c3feb77ff6f4bc640c0df468","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/c3feb77ff6f4bc640c0df468","title":"Implementation Analyst, Intern","description":"Implementation Analyst, Intern\r\nSmart Data Solutions, a leading provider of data management, claim routing and workflow solutions to health plans and TPAs, is looking for Implementation Analyst, Interns to join our team!\r\nWhat you'll be doing?\r\nImplementation Analysis & Solution Design\r\nAssess and document current-state customer workflows, business processes, and system usage.\r\nConduct gap analyses to identify areas where product configuration, process changes, or custom solutions are required.\r\nTranslate business needs into functional requirements, use cases, process flows, and documentation, with acceptance criteria and traceability.\r\nEvaluate system capabilities and constraints to ensure alignment with customer goals and regulatory requirements.\r\nProject Execution & Delivery Management\r\nPlan and manage implementation milestones, tasks, dependencies, and timelines across multiple concurrent clients and projects.\r\nDevelop and maintain detailed implementation plans aligned to scope, budget, and delivery commitments.\r\nTrack risks, issues, assumptions, and change requests; drive mitigation and escalation as needed.\r\nCoordinate cross-functional efforts across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer teams.\r\nCustomer & Stakeholder Management\r\nServe as a primary point of contact for implementation-related activities and deliverables.\r\nFacilitate client working sessions, design reviews, status meetings, and readiness checkpoints.\r\nCommunicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to both internal and external stakeholders, escalating and communicating blockers and challenges appropriately.\r\nSupport change management and guide customers through process and system adoption.\r\nSystem Configuration, Testing & Go-Live Support\r\nAssist with system configuration, data validation, and migration activities as part of implementation.\r\nDevelop test plans, test cases, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\r\nCoordinate go-live readiness, cutover activities, and post-implementation stabilization.\r\nData, Reporting & Continuous Improvement\r\nLeverage data and reporting to monitor implementation progress, outcomes, and customer adoption.\r\nIdentify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or process improvement.\r\nDocument best practices, lessons learned, and implementation standards to support continuous improvement and scalability.\r\nThe duties set forth above are essential job functions for the role.
