Come join our team!\r\nZantech is looking for a talented Sr Program Analyst to provide acquisition program management and program analysis onsite at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.\r\nThis role will provide acquisition program management and analysis for planning and execution of federal programs at different acquisition category levels through understanding of DoDI 5000.02 and acquisition streamlining initiatives.\r\nResponsibilities include, but will not be limited to:\r\nProvide acquisition advice based on comprehensive knowledge of principles, policies, laws, and procedures\r\nReview and provide guidance for program documentation updates supporting acquisition process\r\nCoordinate and track approval of program documentation for Milestone Decision Reviews\r\nPartner with federal officials in execution of efficiency, cost saving, and continuous process improvement initiatives\r\nSupport knowledge management efforts\r\nRequired Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:\r\nAcquisition management\r\nProgram analysis\r\nDoDI 5000.02\r\nPerformance metrics analysis\r\nStrategic planning\r\nStakeholder coordination\r\nStakeholder engagement\r\nPreferred Certifications/Education:\r\nBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field\r\nDAU certifications\r\nPMP\r\nAcquisition certifications\r\nRequired Security Clearance\r\nUS Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements.\r\n\" Outstanding Performance…Always!\"\r\nOur corporate motto represents our commitment to build long-term relationships with both our clients and our employees by providing the highest quality service in everything we do.
