You will work directly with the Practice Manager as the right-hand and connective force that helps the business run smoothly, keeps clients engaged, and the brand experience elevated. Managerial experience is required, as well as sales experience.This role is highly visible, client-facing, and ideal for someone who thrives on energy, connection, and organization.ResponsibilitiesSupport daily priorities and practice flowServe as a front-facing, client experience leaderFollow up with leads and inquiries to convert to consultation (high priority)Coordinate scheduling, communication, and follow-upsEnsure an exceptional, polished client experienceAct as a liaison between physician, staff, and clientsSupport operational organization and brand presencePerform tasks such as payroll calculation and submission, generating sales reports, lead management and response.Other duties as assigned by Practice Manager Ideal Background & Key CharacteristicsBachelor's Degree requiredConfident, personable, and professionalSales and lead management experience requiredProficient with software, Google Drive, Microsoft Suite, GoHighLevel, CRM etc.Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and client experienceKnowledge of aesthetic services - must have experience in a plastic surgery practice or medical spaComfortable being highly visible and client-facingOrganized, adaptable, and emotionally intelligentOwnership mentality - treat the business as your own Why This OpportunityCompensation: $80k+ (depending on experience)Work directly with a busy physician-led aesthetics practiceHigh-impact, trusted role with visibilityGrowth potential in a respected brandEmployee perks and treatment discountsDynamic, personality-driven environmentMedical benefits401(k) opportunityProfit-sharing opportunities available
