Multifamily Portfolio Accountant (Temporary Assignment)Pay: $30 - $35 per hourLocation: Dallas, TX | 100% On-SiteAssignment Type: Open-ended temporary assignmentWe are currently seeking a Temporary Multifamily Portfolio Accountant for a full-time, on-site opportunity with a company in the Dallas area. This role will support the accounting team with day-to-day accounting functions related to a portfolio of properties.This is a great opportunity for someone with accounting experience who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.Responsibilities:Prepare and review financial reports for assigned propertiesPerform journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger workAssist with month-end close activitiesConduct bank reconciliations and research discrepanciesSupport budgeting and forecasting processesProcess invoices and assist with accounts payable tasksAssist with CAM reconciliations and lease-related accountingHelp with additional accounting projects as neededQualifications:2–5 years of accounting experience requiredRealPage experience requiredCollege-level accounting coursework preferredPrevious real estate or property accounting experience is a plusStrong Excel skills requiredExperience with accounting software preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesProfessional communication skillsAdditional Information:Full-time temporary assignment100% on-site in DallasFast-paced, team-oriented environmentOpportunity to gain experience within the real estate industry
