In this role, you'd work with our customers to create an environment within our app and data feed that is customized to their needs.\n\nJob Duties and Responsibilities\nPartner with customer account teams on major Retail, CPG, and partner accounts.\n\nManage the technical aspects of client implementation and onboarding.\nAssist clients in leveraging our data.\nRun ad hoc reporting and analysis.\nHelp develop internal tooling to scale technical processes.\nAssess and triage issues within our applications and data feed.\nEducation and Experience\nExpert level SQL and ability to work with large data sets\nAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with customers about their business questions and expectations\nExperienced in analyzing complex data sets and presenting findings to clients\nUnderstanding of the CPG and Retail landscape\nA deep desire to deliver insights to our customers\nResults-focused, and able to effectively manage multiple CPG and Retailer relationships with complex, time-sensitive projects\nAct as a senior business partner to Customer Success and Sales\nPassion for translating business needs and questions into the right visualizations in an intuitive and compelling way\nComfortable setting expectations to avoid scope creep\nProven success as a self-driven contributor in a fast-moving and highly collaborative environment, such as startups, is highly desirable\nDesire to learn new technologies and continuously refine and improve existing processes\nOccasional travel to client sites\nTableau, Retool, and Snowflake experience are a huge plus\nEssential Functions\n\nPhysical Requirements\nProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer\nMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time\nHiring Range: $85k/yr – $105k/yr + Plus additional variable compensation based on performance and sales metrics.\nNote: Applicants must be authorized to work for any US employer.
