The eLearning Developer plays a key role in bringing this vision to life by designing and delivering innovative, effective, and visually compelling training solutions. This position collaborates closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create technical and functional eLearning courses that meet learner needs and business objectives. Leveraging instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and cutting-edge technologies, the eLearning Developer will craft multimedia-rich content, including eLearning modules, interactive simulations, videos, and assessments.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nPartner with SMEs to analyze learning objectives, define content requirements, and develop engaging, interactive eLearning courses aligned with organizational goals.\nDesign and produce instructional materials, incorporating animations, graphics, audio, video, and other multimedia elements to enhance the learning experience.\nUtilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline), graphic design software, and video editing platforms to create polished, user-friendly training content.\nContribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of training materials and processes.\nExplore and implement new eLearning technologies and methodologies to elevate training effectiveness.\nOrganize, plan, and execute self-paced course creation and updates with strong attention to detail and deadlines.\nCommunicate complex concepts clearly through exceptional visual design and written content.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n\nBachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in eLearning development or a related field.\nProven experience creating professional eLearning content, preferably for software products, using rapid development tools (strong preference for Articulate Storyline).\nProficiency in basic video editing for educational purposes (e.g., Camtasia or similar tools).\nExcellent presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills.\nStrong time management, task prioritization, and organizational abilities.\nA proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for learning new skills and technologies.\nCommitment to upholding BeyondTrust's core values.\n\nNice To Have\n\nVisual design experience (e.g., graphic design or UI/UX principles).\nExperience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration or content integration.\nSimulation development expertise.\nProficiency in producing AI-generated voiceovers.\nTechnical training experience, particularly for software solutions.\nFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Suite tools (e.g., Photoshop, Audition, After Effects, Premiere).\n\nBetter Together\n\nDiversity.
